A client from the aerospace industry faced a time-critical challenge: a Schiess Moweg Bethiez TFM 125 carousel lathe had to be dismantled at short notice and removed from production. At the same time, a buyer was sought for this technically demanding machine.

For this project, Bitterlin & Partner handled the entire process – from the purchase of the machine and dismantling, through logistics, resale, and reassembly, to the commissioning of the machine at the new owner, S.A.I.P in Trieste, Italy.

Dismantling of GALDABINI TWIN-15
The control cabinet, the cover hood, and the entire automation handling system were dismantled. Special care and precision were required for the control cabinet and wiring. Over 300 cables had to be accurately labeled and documented (circuit diagram) to ensure the machine could be installed at the future customer’s site without any issues. The axes were securely braced and fastened for transport.

Dismantling of Unisign 5
Here you can see the dismantling and loading of a Unisign 5 milling machine. Due to its excessive width, the machine’s portal table had to be removed, making it extremely top-heavy. Just one jolt or moment of inattention could tip 14 tons! To secure the transport, we specially manufactured auxiliary supports from solid material, which were X-ray welded and thoroughly tested.

Dismantling of MATEC 30 HV
Here too, the dismantling, loading, transport, and commissioning of the Matec 30 HV were carried out by Bitterlin & Partner INDUSOLUTIONS.
The machine was sold from the factory site to the Czech Republic. The customer is one of the largest chassis manufacturers for freight wagons.
To remain cost-efficient, the machine was loaded using four overhead cranes while adhering to all safety regulations. This created a win-win situation for all parties involved.

After the acquisition of the VAL-CUT Industrie inventory by Bitterlin & Partner INDUSOLUTIONS, this was the final major piece to leave Dällikon. The centerpiece of this project is now available for sale and can be viewed under power at any time in our Hattingen DE warehouse.
After the dismantling, the VAL-CUT premises were handed over broom-clean to the full satisfaction of the VAL family.

Loading of a CITIZEN M20 including LNS Loader
For this client, we carried out the smooth dismantling and loading of 2 Citizen M20 long-turning machines including LNS bar feeders. The machines were prepared for safe transport, and fire suppression systems were removed for shipping.
The machines contain digital control data, which is essential for smooth operation. Complete data backup was handled by Bitterlin & Partner INDUSOLUTIONS to ensure that the machines function cleanly and without disruptions during future use.

Loading of a HAAS MULTIGRIND AF
Smooth project execution by Bitterlin & Partner INDUSOLUTIONS – to the full satisfaction of our customer. The task involved dismantling and loading a 5-axis HAAS Multigrind CNC grinding machine, which was used in the gear manufacturing industry.
